Local History

In 1949, Rider College established a chapter of Delta Psi Omega. That organization lasted for 19 years. It was then that Rider applied to become an Alpha Psi Omega chapter.

On April 5, 1968 the Tau Eta Cast of Alpha Psi Omega was chartered.

Nearly 14 years later, in the Fall of 1982, the Alpha Pledge Class was established. Information even that far back is hard to come by, but we know that now, over 50 Classes later, our new members keep pouring in and involvement is always high.

Currently, Colleen Kelly (President), Zach Aguanno (Vice President), Kim Vogel (Treasurer), Erin Ludwig (Secretary), and Greg Binder (Public Relations) make up the Executive Board.
